Originally from Poland, Aneta arrived in Luxembourg in 2014, after a first experience in 2006 as an au pair. It was during that time that she learned Italian, English and French.
Since September 2022, she has joined Goeres Hotels, where she works today as Head Pastry Chef. A passion that started with cake decoration and has never left her.
For Aneta, pastry is a balance between precision and emotion:
💬 “It’s like pharmacy: if you change the quantities, everything changes… but the hand and the heart make the difference.”
In her creations, the heart often appears, almost naturally, like a discreet signature of her work.
On a daily basis, she mainly works in production, while occasionally taking part in Marcello events, whose energy she particularly enjoys.

She would also like to thank Sébastien, Banquet Chef, for his support and valuable advice since her beginnings, as well as Romy, whom she has guided to become “the queen of macarons”.
Curious, adaptable and always willing to help, she continues to learn, especially Luxembourgish, and grows with enthusiasm within the team.
