There is a total of 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (one bathroom each). One main entrance hall and staircase for the three bedrooms.
The rooms are fully renovated with new bathrooms.
Each bedroom has a double bed 180x200cm (white leather with luxurious mattress) from RR interior, 2 bed side tables, one foldable table/office with one chair There is also a leather chaise-longue and a very large smart Tv (164cm) .
Each room has air conditioning and wifi, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a micro wave, a kettle and an espresso machine.
Washing machine in a common area (shared by occupants of 3 bedrooms).
There is NO kitchen!
We are located in the center of Schuttrange (7,0 km from Kirchberg Luxepo main bus/tram station), direct access to A1 highway (exit Munsbach).

Nous vous proposons en location une chambre avec salle de do**he privative avec une salle de do**he privative.
Il y a en tout 3 chambres avec 3 salles de do**he. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de do**he avec toilettes .Les chambres se composent d’un lit double (180x200) en cuir blanc de chez RR intérieur, deux chevets de lits, un dressing, une table pliante et une chaise (une deuxième chaise est disponible), une chaise longue en cuir et d’une télévision Smart Tv 164cm , Wifi, climatisation ainsi qu' un frigo, un four micro-ondes, une bouilloire et une machine espresso.
PAS DE CUISINE! COMMUNE
Seuls espaces communs: entrée, escaliers, petite pièce au grenier avec machine à laver et sèche-linge (à partager entre les 3 chambres).
Nous sommes situés au centre de Schuttrange à 7 mines voiture/17 minutes en bus du Kirchberg Luxexpo terminus tram et bus).
A 5 minutes de l’aéroport.

L’arrêt de bus ‘’Kreizung’’ (ligne 142 et 144 vers le Kirchberg et Luxembourg-ville) est également en face du bâtiment.
