While you play tennis on the hotel’s court, your children will quickly make friends at the playground in the little romantic park. To discover the region, you can rent bicycles from the hotel. Every Wednesday the hotel organizes an excursion by bus for the guests free of charge.

After the success of last year, we are thrilled to announce that truffles from the Rosport-Mompach commune will be making their way back to our kitchen this year. 💚

This morning, we visited the truffle plantation to get a first look at how this year’s harvest is developing. 🌱

Due to the particularly dry climate this year, the harvest will take a few more weeks to arrive, and quantities are expected to be a little more limited. But that only makes this local treasure even more precious. ✨

As soon as they are ready, our chefs will once again turn these rare, ultra-local truffles into unique creations, celebrating their exceptional character and our beautiful terroir. 👨🏽‍🍳

Five Years Since the Flood – Remember. Protect. Act.

Five years ago today, the devastating flood that struck Steinheim did not only destroy buildings—it shattered livelihoods, memories, and a sense of security.
Our family business was among those hit hardest. What we experienced that day is something we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
Today, we remember not only what was lost, but also everyone whose lives were turned upside down. And we raise our voices with one clear message:

Please, do not let this tragedy be forgotten!

Now, more then ever, it‘s important to invest in effective flood protection, resilient infrastructure, and measures that truly protect people and their communities. These are not optional expenses—they are investments in human lives, in families, and in the future.
