Descend into Fürstenwalde’s medieval vaulted cellar and become a home brewer yourself. Surrounded by historic walls, you’ll discover a brewing tradition dating back almost 600 years, brew your own beer under expert guidance and sample a range of Fürstenwalde beers.

But that’s not all: you’ll use the spent grain left over from brewing to bake your own rustic bread. You’ll also be treated to fascinating stories, a brewer’s breakfast, a hearty lunch and a guided tour of the brewery and museum. At the end, you’ll take home not only new knowledge, but also bread and beer.
