Greetings!
My name is Jānis and I, together with my wife and two children, create travelogues, which everyone knows under the name - Four Travel Deliciously (Četri ceļo gardi). We write both on our blog and also for Delfi and the newspaper Diena about travel.
We have also built the most unusual hotel in Riga with our own hands - Urban van glamping, where we provide the opportunity to stay in cars all year long - under the roof, but sleeping in comfortable retro vans that we have converted into accommodations.
We create about 40 detailed travelogues a year not only about Latvia and the Baltics, but also travel around Europe, currently very actively going to places that are more unusual destinations - Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Montenegro, Albania etc.
Those who read and follow us know that we do everything with great passion and with our own unique style - as we are always called - we are intelligent gorillas.
I get questions from time to time - maybe we can come along?! So far - only virtually or following our descriptions, but finally I officially invite You to go on adventures together!
The opportunity to see Riga and the Baltics in an unusual way, as well as to go on full one- or multi-day trips around Latvia and the Baltics, which will differ from the usual standard routes and will show you pearls that even the locals don't know about. Even if we go together to standard classic destinations, I promise that you will see them from a different perspective!
The opportunity to go together with either a comfortable SUV or a retro Audi 80, which last year covered 7000km to the Black Sea and also the highest mountains of Romania, and also we an do cycling or hiking!
I can also plan routes both here in the Baltics and in European countries that we have thoroughly familiarized and explored, and we can also provide bus rental of various sizes and be a companion on such trips.
