With a warm and semi-arid climate, is a popular destination all year round. It rarely rains, and the sunshine is more or less constant, though it can get cold at night during winter.

In our opinion, the best time to visit is spring and autumn, as some people struggle with the intense heat of summer (around 37°C in July and August). However, all of our rooms are air-conditioned, and during these months, you can explore the Medina without the crowds, giving you a calmer experience of the city.

Nothing much has changed at the Souks in Morocco before and since the movie Casablanca in 1942.. To us, the best part of the Souks at Jamaa El Fna and where our boutique hotel is located — is to put our shoes on, get out and enjoy the dramatic performances of haggling salesman’s. Bargaining every little thing is deeply rooted in Moroccan culture and there is actually an eternal art to it.
