“The cooking class at Dar Zaman was the TOP highlight of our one week in Morocco.

It starts with a guided walk around the neighborhood, which in itself is an exceptional experience. Peter took us to places, which we’d never visit on our own (inside the hammam, the local bakery etc.). It’s a great way to learn about the local life in the most friendly and funny atmosphere. And then the cooking itself takes place in the most welcoming and home-like circumstances.
