Dar al-Ma'mun is made possible by a series of public and private partners, grants and a portion of each guest’s check-in at Fellah. Fellah Hôtel est un lieu à part, ouvert sur le monde et cultivant la différence. Fellah hôtel est à la fois un complexe haut de gamme fort du label Small Luxury Hotel of The World et investisseur responsable en créant une économie équitable et des actions citoyennes. Fellah Hôtel rassemble sur un peu plus de 11 hectares dix villas de 850 mètres carrés chacune, soit 69 chambres. Aucune n’est similaire, dans un style épuré. Les choix en matière de décoration intérieure comme dans le paysagisme, se sont faits dans le soucis de reconsidérer le patrimoine rural marocain et de rompre avec tout fantasme orientaliste. Dés l’origine, Fellah Hotel s’est pensé à travers plusieurs entités : accueil de l’école de massages traditionnels thaïlandais Wat Po, un restaurant à base de produits frais de proximité, et un centre culturel d’envergure internationale Dar al-Ma’mûn. Dar al-Ma’mûn rassemble une bibliothèque multilingue, un pôle de recherche en traduction littéraire, une résidence d’artistes et des activités para-scolaires. Aucune de ces actions n’est destinée au commerce mais uniquement à la recherche dans chacun des domaines représentés. Dar al-Ma’mûn est d’ailleurs la première structure culturelle de la zone Afrique du Nord et Moyen-Orient à être labélisée UNESCO. Fellah Hotel est mécène de Dar al-ma’mûn : en mettant à disposition ses infrastructures et en consacrant une partie de son chiffre d’affaire à l’association à but non-lucratif Dar al-Ma’mûn.
