This collaboration was born from a shared sensibility: a respect for ingredients, seasonality, and a cuisine deeply connected to its terroir.
When they met at La Sultana Marrakech, Chef Fouad Messaoudi and Chef Vincenzo Castaldo were delighted to discover that they had worked together years earlier.
Their reunion inspired a sincere culinary collaboration, blending Italian influences with seasonal Moroccan produce. Two paths crossing once again, united by a shared passion for flavour and hospitality.
