Die aus dem 17. Jahrhundert stammende Residenz ist einmalig im andalusisch-maurischen Stil gebaut. Das Haus wurde innerhalb von 4 Jahren mit viel Aufwand und Liebe zum Detail komplett renoviert. Die Inhaberin des Riads stammt aus Marokko, lebt seit über 30 Jahren in der Schweiz. Nun wir das Riad mit Hilfe der Familie geführt und mit tollem Personal unterstützt. Riad Said bietet viel Luxus und Komfort. Der große Innenhof mit 2 wunderschönen alten, originalen Fontänen mit viel Mosaik (Zelige) und Stuckarbeit versetzt in eine andere Epoche zurück. Der imposante sieben Meter hohe Salon, drei schöne Dachterrassen mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf ganz Fes bieten Platz zum Lesen und zum Entspannen.
