We had an incredible cooking class organized for a group of 20 enthusiastic students from πŸ‡²πŸ‡¦πŸ‡²πŸ‡¦β™₯️β™₯οΈπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰! The atmosphere was filled with excitement and curiosity as we gathered to learn the art of cuisine. Under the guidance of the talented Chef Houcine, we delved into the secrets behind preparing a delicious Moroccan .πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³πŸ§‘β€πŸ³πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Chef Houcine shared his extensive knowledge about the ingredients, techniques, and significance of this traditional dish. His passion for cooking was evident, making each step of the process engaging and informative. In addition to couscous, we also explored the authentic preparation of Moroccan tea. Chef Houcine demonstrated how to brew this iconic beverage, emphasizing the importance of mint and sugar in achieving that perfect balance of flavors. We learned not just how to make it but also its role in Moroccan hospitality. Every single moment spent in this class was enjoyable! From hands-on cooking experiences to tasting our creations, laughter and camaraderie filled the room.
