Aid Mubarak to all our Moroccan friends and families 🤍

Le Hameau will be closing for a few days while the team enjoys time with their families for Eid.

Here, we’ll also begin the first steps of a few garden projects around the house. For years, I’ve had ideas moving around in my head for this part of the Hameau… and these last few days, they finally started finding a clearer shape on paper.

Excited to finally begin… and very curious to see how these ideas will actually come to life once they leave paper and become real spaces to live in.

I’ll also be travelling to France for a new massage training in Lomi Lomi, before coming back to Morocco. Over time, massages have become a very personal way for me to take part in the well-being of the groups with my own hands — not only from behind the scenes. This new practice will slowly come to complement the deep tissue massages already offered at the Hameau.

We’ll reopen on June 15th with a full Namastrip surf & yoga retreat ☀️

Very excited for this next chapter at Le Hameau.

Echoes of the season.

These past weeks felt full of movement — wind, ocean, guests, friends, family, and all the small adjustments that come with life here.

There was Dakhla first. A few days at to completely change rhythm. Cabanons by the beach, long days in the water, simple life, friends, salty hair and that rare feeling of being cut off from the rest of the world.

Then Tarifa for the Goya meeting — discovering new spots, different conditions, spending long days between windsurf and wingfoil, learning a lot technically and getting inspired again. Gracias 🥰

Back home, spring slowly settled around the Hameau. Windsurf clinics with , softer conditions than other years, but a few new sensations finally starting to click in the water. Still a long way to go before my bottom turns look good, but a lot more ease and fun already. A broken mast somewhere in between too — part of the process.

Last week also brought a few huge parawing sessions in very strong wind. Probably a little too much enthusiasm for one elbow, which decided it was time to slow down for a few days.

At the same time, life at the Hameau kept moving too. Guests passing through, long conversations, shared experiences, inspiration. Hearing Hélène speak about definitely made me want to visit one day.
Beautiful conversations around hospitality, atmosphere and projects.

Time with my father, talks around the projects, support, family.

And somewhere in between all of that, I slowly picked up the camera again — for the retreats at the Hameau, for the club and friends, and for myself too. Just spending more time outside observing things again.

Office days hidden in the house, dinners in the medina, repairs, things breaking, things being fixed, quiet mornings between windy days, and life continuing in its very Moroccan rhythm.

A season full of movement, projects, wind and good people.

The ocean, the house, the road, the friends, the quiet mornings after long days outside — all feeding each other in their own way.

There is something grounding about watching the light move.

The same room never really feels the same twice.
Early mornings, soft evenings, strong afternoon sun, wind moving through open windows.

More and more, I realize how much these small shifts anchor me.
The changing light through the day.
The rhythm of the seasons.
The way nature constantly moves around us without asking for attention.

It brings me back to the present in a very simple way.
Maybe that’s one of the things I love most about living close to nature.

Spaces shape the way we feel more than we sometimes realize.

More and more, I’m drawn to places that let the nervous system soften — spaces that feel calm, grounded and alive at the same time.

Another beautiful retreat week at Le Hameau des Cascades

A few days shared between morning vinyasa flows, guided meditations by candlelight, sunny surf sessions, slow afternoons at home and many beautiful moments together.

This retreat was led by with daily yoga and meditation practices, while the surf sessions were held with the amazing team from

For many participants, it was their first time surfing… and once again, everyone caught waves!
A lot of progress, a lot of laughter, and the kind of energy that naturally grows when people spend a few days together close to nature.

A big thank you to Mehdi , Youness and Oumayma for sharing their time, energy and love for the ocean with the group 🤍

Thank you as well to .retreats for hosting another retreat with us at the Hameau.

A few places are still available for the next retreat from June 15th to 20th

A beautiful month ahead at Le Hameau.

Three lovely retreats unfolding in May — each with its own rhythm, energy and encounters.

• Apr 30 – May 5 — Surf & Yoga retreat with .retreats (full)
• May 5 – 12 — Traditional Yoga retreat with Patricia (full)
• May 16 – 19 — Cultural discovery retreat with (1 spot left)

And in between, the house opens again for guesthouse stays
May 12–16 and May 19–24.

I love this alternation — retreat weeks, then quieter days of hosting, breathing, welcoming.

A month of movement, practice, rest and shared moments ahead

More retreat dates for the coming months soon.
