Are you passionate about customer service and social media? Oceana Surf Camp is looking for a Reservation & Social Media Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all booking reservations for our surf camp.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth reservation process.
• Maintain and update our booking system.
• Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a professional manner.
Requirements:
• Experience in reservation management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Creativity and ability to create engaging content.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
