Montenegro is well known for its cheeses. Famed many – layered Kolasin, Pljevlja old goat, Njeguski dried in the wind collision of sea and mountain … As a specialty, is prepared half smoked hard cheese in olive oil. Marinaded cheese gets further the quality and fullness of taste.
