Our Story

This magnificent accommodation stands in private gardens at the foot of hill Spas, just a 15 minute walk from the heart of the city, 2 km from beaches an 100 m from Aquapark Budva. Our House can accommodate 10+ people, with 4 studio apartments upstairs and one on the ground floor. All rooms have lovely mountain views of the surrounding hills and beautiful nature. From the garden you can enjoy wonderful views and barbecue. Every studio has been equipped with full kitchenette and appliances. All studios are air-conditioned with large LCD TV and satellite programs. The mature gardens are another feature, and have a range of furniture including patio dining table & chairs and a children's play area with tree house, plus parking for 5 cars.
