Job: Receptionist (English) Hotel

Are you a skilled and multi-lingual professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Hotel AM Palast, located in Montenegro by the beautiful Adriatic Sea, is currently seeking a Receptionist who is fluent in English,

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate and complete information
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations and assist with room assignments
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
