Sun Village Apartments Refresh, Relax and Revive "Sun Village" is a tourist complex that has all the facilities for a pleasant holiday, provides peace and privacy.

It is located in a quiet town of Kotor Bay -Djenovići, 8 km away from Herceg Novi, in an ideal position for exploring the local culture, the inhabitants and the traditional Boka region. The facility is built on a 5.500 m² site. It consists of three villas: Fiona, Galina, Bianca with capacity of 30 apartments and parking space. Within the complex there is a restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine and

an outdoor pool of 20 square meters with deck chairs and parasols. The beaches are 150 m away and the Porto Novi marina. Each apartment has a terrace and is sunny throughout the day. In each apartment there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining room, separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV and WiFi. Our restaurant “Garden bar” within the "Sun Village" is where our guests are can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and Mediterranean cuisine next to the outdoor pool, which gives additional pleasure to the complete ambience. The restaurant offers the possibility of organizing celebrations, both on the terrace and inside the restaurant, with a convenient menu at the request of guests.

“Sun Village Massage Studio” offers you an exquisite experience of enjoying the atmosphere of complete relaxation in various manual massages with pure essential oils (therapeutic, relax, aroma therapy, foot massage).

The touristic facility “SUN VILLAGE” is situated in a peaceful town of the Kotor Bay – Đenovići, 3 km away from Herceg Novi. It’s an ideal position for exploring the local culture, the inhabitants and the traditional Boka region carnivals. The facility is built on a 5.500 m² site; its construction started in 2007. It consists of four villas: Fiona, Galina, Bianca and Petricija. Galleries are facing the central area connecting internal and external parts of the complex. Apartments are allocated for accommodation and recreation, and the facilities are aimed to satisfy a wide range of clients’ requests. The interior concept and its integration will secure an entertainment and rich experience of stay during the whole year. Sun Village is situated 150 m from the sea, including 30 apartments and parking spaces. Every apartment has sun-light access and a big terrace. In an open area living-room you will find a fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining area, separate double bed bedroom and bathroom with a shower cubicle (cabin). All apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, video surveillance, satellite TV and fast Internet connection... “Sun Village Beauty Studio” offers you an exquisite experience enjoying a full range of services in an atmosphere of total relaxation: pedicure, manicure and a variety of manual massage with pure essential oils.
