Dear guests and friends of Triangle Woodhouse,
With gratitude and joy, we announce that our guesthouse season for this year has come to an end. As always, it has been an exciting time, welcoming guests from all over the world.
We had the honor of hosting not only hikers from across Europe - including Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, and Latvia - but also guests from other continents. We were particularly delighted to welcome visitors from Hongkong, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, the USA, and many guests from Australia and New Zealand.
It was a great pleasure and, above all, a great honor for us to meet these guests as hosts, offering our heartfelt hospitality and traditional cuisine.
The long-distance hiking trail "Peaks of the Balkans" is becoming more popular every year, connecting people from all over the world. It offers an immersion into a welcoming culture with guesthouses run exclusively by locals, creating economic prospects for the region.
Our next season will start punctually on June 1, 2025, possibly earlier if weather conditions allow. In the meantime, we will prepare for the upcoming season with new culinary ideas and other improvements to pamper our guests even more.
A special thanks goes out this year to our international team who supported us and made this season a truly special experience.
The Peaks of the Balkans trail is not just a hiking route; it's a journey into a welcoming culture, operated entirely by local people, creating economic opportunities for the region.
We're already looking forward to welcoming you again in the next season!

Liebe Gäste und Freunde des Triangle Woodhouse,
Mit Dankbarkeit und Freude geben wir bekannt, dass unsere Guesthouse-Saison für dieses Jahr zu Ende gegangen ist. Es war wie immer eine aufregende Zeit, in der wir Gäste aus aller Welt willkommen heißen durften.
Wir hatten die Ehre, nicht nur Wanderer aus ganz Europa – darunter Deutschland, Holland, Belgien, Frankreich, Italien, der Schweiz, Österreich, Tschechien, Polen, Estland und Lettland – sondern auch Gäste von anderen Kontinenten zu begrüßen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über Besucher aus Hongkong, Chile, Argentinien, Brasilien, den USA sowie viele Gäste aus Australien und Neuseeland.
Es war für uns eine große Freude und vor allem eine große Ehre, diesen Gästen als Gastgeber mit Herzlichkeit und unserem traditionellen Essen zu begegnen.
Der Fernwanderweg "Peaks of the Balkans" wird jedes Jahr populärer und verbindet Menschen aus aller Welt. Er bietet ein Eintauchen in eine Willkommenskultur mit Guesthouses, die ausschließlich von Einheimischen betrieben werden und so eine wirtschaftliche Perspektive für die Region schaffen.
Unsere nächste Saison beginnt pünktlich am 01.06.2025, eventuell auch früher, wenn die Wetterverhältnisse es zulassen. In der Zwischenzeit werden wir uns mit neuen kulinarischen Ideen und anderen Verbesserungen auf die kommende Saison vorbereiten, um unsere Gäste noch besser verwöhnen zu können.
Ein besonderer Dank gilt dieses Jahr auch unserem internationalen Team, das uns unterstützt und diese Saison zu einer ganz besonderen Erfahrung gemacht hat.
Wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, euch in der nächsten Saison wieder begrüßen zu dürfen!
