Find a map and look carefully off Madagascar's east coast and you'll see Nosy Boraha - an island just 5km wide and 40km long. But you’ll have to zoom in a little further to find Ile aux Nattes, a tiny 1km speck off its southern tip that's void of roads and modern life, with some of the Indian Ocea...
