**HOUSE RULES
We love our home and we hope you'll come to love it too. To ensure a pleasant, safe, and enjoyable stay for our guests, we strive to provide a room that is clean and comfortable. In this regard, may we request your cooperation in following our House Rules:
- Please don't smoke or vape inside the villa.
- Please report any defect, damage, stains, or spills in the room immediately.

Towels are changed every three (3) days.
- Beddings are changed every five (5) days.
- Check-out time is 10:00 am. The room keys and access card must be returned upon departure.
- Cleaning is done by mutual agreement, so as not to disturb your rest. This agreement will depend on your needs and the length of your stay.
- No loud music, partying and screaming, or any kind of noise inside the villa as it would disturb other guests.
- Let's help conserve energy by turning off the lights and ac whenever you go out or are not in use.
- AC must be turned off when the balcony door or windows are open
- Cooking or frying is not allowed in the room
- To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we've installed CCTV cameras at the villa's common areas.
- Last and the most important rule, enjoy your stay and have a good time in the beautiful city of Ohrid.
