🎵 🛏️ So happy to share with you the third member of the MusicBox Apartments family – “MusicBox Apartment – Skopje in the 70s”. We created a one-of-a-kind experience that sends you back in time to the vibrant and artistic world of 1970s Skopje. The apartment is a unique fusion of contemporary and mid-century modern design, featuring very rare space-age items, made in Yugoslavia furniture and a vintage hi-fi audio system.

As music lovers, we wanted to take it a step further and share with you the Pop music of the 60s & 70s era, heavily influenced by Schlager, Jazz, Orchestrated Pop and Big Band music styles. We have decorated the space with a small but special selection of 45s vinyls from Nina Spirova, Zoran Georgiev, Dragan Mijalkovski, Ljupka Dimitrovska, Katica Gjakonovska, Dragan Gjakonovski Spato, Zafir Hadzimanov, and more.

The apartment has been carefully curated to reflect the city's rich cultural history. We also took great care to preserve some of the vintage items that were already in the apartment and held special meaning, ensuring that they remain a part of the apartment's history and story.

It was our special pleasure to invite Pass-N-G-R to do a guest mix and be part of our Apartment Series. This guy has started djing and throwing parties in the early 90’s and has played a major role in the establishment of techno music and club culture in Skopje. He was also a founder of Massiva – the first record store in the city, which played a big part in shaping the whole electronic music scene.

For this one-hour journey, Žani presents his well-known forward-thinking techno sound – hypnotic, driving and deep.
