I never expected that we would face such a situation one day.
Ngapali Beach, regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, now stands deserted and forlorn.
Whenever we visited Ngapali, we always enjoyed the friendly fishing villages and the company of friends and acquaintances.
We worked closely and lovingly with our colleagues, brothers, sisters, and cherished ones like Dway Gyi and Dway Lay.
Where have they all gone now?
It feels like we are all struggling in a vast sea of suffering, unable to help one another, just like a southern king unable to assist a northern king. We are all trying to stay afloat in the midst of hardships, and I feel like my strength is fading.
I deeply sympathize and share in the collective grief over the losses everyone has suffered due to the ravages of war. It’s not just sorrow; it’s a feeling so overwhelming that I can’t even cry—it leaves me speechless.
May the grace of the Triple Gems and the blessings of the virtuous deities protect everyone in the southern region of Rakhine State, especially in Thandwe and Ngapali. May all the residents reach their desired destinations safely and without harm.
May everyone be free from all dangers and may families remain united, without suffering from any misfortunes. May you all quickly find physical and mental well-being.
