ကိုဗစ် တတိယလှိုင်းကြောင့် အချို့လုပ်ဖေါ်ကိုင်ဘက် စက်မောင်းများနဲ့ မိသားစုများ ကျန်းမာရေးထိခိုက်ပြီး ဝမ်းနည်းဖွယ်ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရတယ်..

Normally ..
the business season will start in next month.
So, our machine operators and supporting team have to be busy.
Unfortunately , during this monsoon season ...
the third wave of COVID-19 caused tragic loss of health to some of our fellow business owners, engineers, technicians, machine operators and their families.
Some are still struggling to move back normally.
Currently, job scarcity can lead to job uncertainty.
We need to constantly watch out the business and local situation and encourage each other.
To be able to work at anywhere for any type of business, we all need to be ready.
Please..
Stay healthy!!!
Try to learn as much as possible!!!
Do not lose contact among comrades , especially this time.
Then,
Accept that everything is difficult
Do not be discouraged.
In the past ...
We have been experienced such difficulties, haven't we?
There can be good in the midst of bad.
You can not expect the best, but ..
there may be a chance to survive.
Appreciate work you have as your own.
Others are struggling, you see.
Please work hard where you can, if you hold the job at present.
You may also notice that there are people who are doing things that are not related to their skills.
There are people who have no earning because they do not have a job for long time.
During coming working season, there may be some compulsory work with machinery, but with the rising cost of operations, it may be difficult to run the projects profitably and less usage of the equipment in the jobs.
Anyway ..
Business owners, machine owners, operators, mechanics and business related people, let try together to get more comfortable with new jobs ..
