On Connecting Culture Day, our Heartists stepped outside their usual roles and explored different departments through Job Hop Day! 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

From housekeeping to culinary, front office to engineering our teams discovered new skills and gained a deeper appreciation for every role that contributes to exceptional guest experiences. This cross-departmental journey strengthened mutual respect, built stronger bonds, and reminded us that every Heartist plays a vital part in our shared success.

Our teams drove into two exciting challenges:

🧺 Towel Folding Challenge, which showcased the precision, attention to detail, and service excellence that define our brand.
