Created exclusively for “The Liquid City”, Oak Fashioned is a Macao-inspired cocktail crafted with Torres 15 Brandy, orange bitters, and almond by Anthony Luis. Smooth, aromatic, and gently layered, it brings together the warmth of aged brandy, the bright lift of citrus, and the nostalgic sweetness of Macao’s beloved almond cookies.

Pair it with three thoughtfully crafted snacks— Sambal-Spiced Pork Chop Bun, Indonesian-Style Fried Chicken, and Deep Fried Banana—each adding another layer to this journey through the flavours of the city.
