to all the guests as well as outsiders upon reservation. The a la carte menu is the perfect meeting of European and Mauritian know-how working its magic on choice local fresh products. Diners can savour dishes such as beef tartare and oysters from South Mauritius, braised lamb neck in Phoenix beer with spicy tomato, goat cheese and Lapsang Souchong tea, pan-seared red drum fish, etc. The Plantation Club hosts a wine room for exclusive tastings and a unique tea library celebrating the islands tea culture. A special brunch can be enjoyed every first Sunday of the month, with entertainment by a jazz group.
