Back in 1984, Anand joined the Constance family as a Beach Boy. After 41 years (soon 42!) of dedication, he retires today as Office Attendant, closing a truly remarkable journey.

One of the pioneering and truly loyal team members, he has witnessed the growth of the company from its very beginnings. His kindness, caring personality and warm presence have left a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to work alongside him, touching generations of colleagues over the years.

We wish Anand a happy, healthy and well-deserved retirement ahead.
