At C Rodrigues Mourouk, our talent shines beyond our hospitality operations.
Michael Milazar combines his role as Commis Sommelier with his passion for coaching the Northern Bulls Rugby Club. Beyond his work, he is a coach, mentor and role model for young people in Rodrigues. For him, rugby is about much more than the game; it is about discipline, teamwork, respect and resilience.

What started as a simple initiative to introduce rugby in local schools has grown into a movement reaching young people across the island. With around 600 children introduced to the sport, it has created opportunities for young athletes to train, develop their skills and grow through the values that rugby instils.

Through its partnership with the Northern Bulls, C Rodrigues is proud to support this initiative and contribute to the future of sport in Rodrigues. πŸ™Œ

A group of talented team members at Constance Ephelia stepped up to the challenge through the BRIGHT Leadership Development Programme to strengthen their skills, enhance their leadership capabilities and grow professionally.

We recently celebrated their graduation, recognising their passion for continuous learning and excellence.
