In addition to maintenance and staffing, day- to-day running includes front office services, house keeping, security, accounting, creation of menus, assistance with guest arrivals and departures, daily shopping for market groceries, and much more. We will co-ordinate the booking process, set up rental contracts, collect deposits and payments and manage the inventory, thereby ensuring that your villa is not just a well-run vacation home but also a lucrative investment. Our service includes the provision, recruitment, training, guidance and management of proficient and trustworthy villa staff, who will clean and service your villa around the clock. We take staff recruitment and training very seriously, and are most particular in choosing and balancing the personalities of the individual staff members in order to promote harmonious working relationships within competent teams. If required, we will also handle the needs and training of your existing staff. We will ensure that all duties are performed to 5-star standards, not forgetting the personal touches and fine details, which will be performed immediately prior to each guest arrival. This three storey townhouse building on Eden Island, with its unique Creole vernacular architectural style boasts some of the most luxurious open plan living that the Seychelles has to offer. The patio makes for the perfect location for a variety of Al Fresco dinners and sun downers to be enjoyed. Spilling out beyond the patio you will find your own private garden, well-manicured and finished with vibrant tropical plants that define the pathway beyond the garden and to the private jetty. The personal jetty allows for the convenience of a boat for those who wish to cruise the crystalline blue seas of the Seychelles; exploring the inner islands and beyond. For those not so brave of heart an electronic buggy will be provided at no extra cost for touring Eden Island and its extensive facilities.

The second floor features two extremely spacious, well air-conditioned rooms, one of which is the master bedroom which boasts a king sized bed with plush bedding for the most luxurious of rests. The room is also equipped with a safe and hair dryer. The beautiful en-suite bathroom contains all one could need, complete with bath, shower, twin vanity, separate toilet and bidet.

The second bedroom with its two single beds features an en-suite bathroom much like that of the master bedroom; fitted with a shower, single vanity and separate toilet. These two rooms lead onto a covered balcony, so spacious it easily fits four soft cushioned recliners which are absolutely perfect for that afternoon siesta, reading a good book or just a spot to meditate on the absolute beauty of paradise.

Yacht Charter Description
Dubai based luxury motor yacht built by GUY COUACH, launched in 2002. She features an ultra modern and minimalist interior design and layout. The yacht is based in the Arabian Gulf throughout the winter and summer months and can accommodate 8 charter guests.

The Luxury minimalist interior was designed by Frank Relynaud & Elsa Van Loo. Beautiful Light Oak paneling found throughout the yacht gives the a very clean and crisp feel.

The main deck features Oak Parquet wooden flooring and the ceilings are covered in Alcantara. Roche Bobois Leather sofas, coffee tables and poufs have been used throughout. There is plenty of natural light throughout the yacht. The main deck has large side windows and below deck there are large portholes in every cabin and bathroom. Each porthole is also fitted with deadlights and all curtains and blinds are electronically controlled. The lighting is intimate and subtle with ‘soft’ halogen lighting in the ceiling, along with LED indirect lighting. The lights can be controlled by touch screens and also on Dimmers.

The yacht is very well equipped with audiovisual equipment including surround sound which is available in almost all areas of the yacht. A dedicated TV lounge with large flat screen TV and home theatre system is forward on Main Deck.

All accommodation spaces including the yachts 4 cabins are air conditioned with reverse cycle heating. All staterooms have TV’s (42” Plasma in Master) with access to the yachts CD and DVD library. There are also computer access points in each cabin allowing connection to the internet via ships computer.

The outside of the yacht is equally as livable and luxurious with a spacious top deck, generous aft deck with el fresco seating plus easy access via 2 staircases down to the large swimming platform
