Open Air Café & Apartment - Mauritius Fully equipped Tourist residence with two large Apartments, with some possibility for dinner service - Terrasson, Pointe aux Sables. Open Air Café & Apartment.

Close to the capital city Port Louis, you will find a nice house with a large, green, garden. We have one apartment 70 qm with all that it takes to stay a long in Pointe aux Sables, Mauritius. We also do our best to provide our guests with local, typical, food.

From January 1, 2026, the Tourist tax of 3€ / person /night is included in the price at OpenAir apartments.

We are certified by the Mauritius tourism authority since 2019.
From October 1st, the government has decided to introduce a tax of 3 Euros per guest per night for all certified Tourist accommodations in Mauritius. This explains why our OpenAir prices have been slightly increased.

This weeks in early September we had guests from England, Reunion (Fr), Germany and now Kazakstan. We are doing our best and they are all pleased to visit Mautitius and OpenAir!
