Veyli Residence is a Four-Star Boutique Hotel Located in Fuvahmulah Maldives.

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests.

(Room Attendant Responsibilities)

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.

• Changing bed linen and making beds.

• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.

• Sweeping and mopping floors

• Vacuuming carpets and Dusting furniture.

• Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.

• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.

• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.

• Follow hotel security guidelines.

(Room Attendant Requirements)

• Work experience as a Room Attendant

• High school diploma is a plus.

• Good physical health and stamina.

• Ability to follow instructions, work with little or no supervision while meeting performance standards

• Positive, professional, and polite attitude.

We are looking for a Waiter to join our team with excellent customer servicing skills to perform the following duties.

• Welcomes customers when they arrive at the restaurant.

• Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials.

• Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.

• Taking the customers’ orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation.

• Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation.

• Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary.

• Meets with managers and wait-staff daily or regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs.

(Skills and Qualifications)

No Formal Education Required But Relevant Work Experience is An Added Advantage, Physical Strength, Physical Stamina, Attention to Detail, Ability to Multitask, Written and Verbal Communication, Customer Service Skills, Interpersonal Communication, Teamwork, Ability to Work Under Pressure, and Positive Attitude is A Must.
