Cerulean View Residence is a beach side house providing holiday home for individuals, groups and families looking for a unique destination in Maldives. They are: Three Standard Rooms with en suite baths and 4 Deluxe Beach View Rooms with en suite baths and private balconies. Each room is air conditioned, fitted with ceiling fans and are nicely furnished with king size beds, bedside tables and bedside lamps, pinewood closet, wooden coffee cabinet, writing table and chair, arm chair, coffee table & luggage rack. Other facilities and amenities in the room include, mini-fridge, mini-safe, LCD flat screen TV sets, Cable TV, and phones interconnecting rooms, hairdryer, colorful floor mats and pictures decorating the walls and vases and plenty of lights for various moods, tea & coffee, in-room slippers, insect repellant cream, memo pads and pencils and a collection convenient stationary items. Free WiFi internet service is available in all rooms. , For greater pleasure during the stay, additional facilities offered upon request in deluxe beach view rooms are, bluetooth mini speaker set and iPads. All en suite baths (53 Sqft) provide a fully tiled toilet, a single basin counter-top vanity and, shower enclosure with glass cube divider wall, and hot water supply. Standard Double Rooms (201, 202 & 203 each with 264 Sqft in total area) are located in the ground floor of the house, facing the west garden and located in the ground floor. Although these rooms are located in the ground floor, large French windows flood the rooms with plenty of natural light. Rooms are next to each, and furnished with king sized double beds and plenty of pillows for a comfortable stay for one or two guests. Four Beach View Deluxe Rooms (301,02 & 701 &702 each with 300 Sqft on total area) with en suite baths and private balconies (235 Sqft) are located on the first floor of the house. These four rooms feature a private balcony (36 Sqft) overlooking the coconut grove and the blue lagoon. The rooms provide a bit of a love nest, furnished with a romantic king sized beds accented with head boards. Spectacular views of the of the Indian Ocean and the pristine white sandy beach are afforded to these charming rooms through the wide expanse of two sets of adjacent sidelight windows and the French patio doors opening to its private balcony. There is also great accommodation in the house for families with young children. Rooms 701 and 702 are interconnected with Room 702 fitted is with twin beds which can also be converted into a king size bed if desired. Cots for babies and beds for smaller children can be made available upon request. Safety of our guests is our highest priority at all times. CVR is designed provide safety for residents, with a open layout inside and plenty of outdoor living areas. There are clearly designated Points for Assembly during an unforeseen accident. The house is fitted with all necessary emergency facilities. First-aid equipment, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, emergency exits, smoke detectors, no smoking signs and fire blankets are fitted in various designated locations of the house. Hanimaadhoo is located on the eastern rim of Thiladhunmathi Atoll, is amongst a group of 16 inhabited islands in Haa Dhaal Atoll, Maldives. The island is 2530 meters long and 900 meters at its widest point, and the site of Hanimaadhoo International Airport. The island has a registered population of about 2000 inhabitants. Hanimaadhoo has got one of the world’s most scenic long beach, large & shallow turquoise lagoon. Hanimaadhoo is also located in a region rich in both Maldivian history and the natural environment. There are many beautiful islands (both inhabited and uninhabited), dive spots and natural sand banks near the island. It takes approximately 20 minutes to get to these sites by speedboat, and 50 minutes by dhoni. We organize daily excursions and other outdoor activities to give our guests the opportunity to experience and enjoy the beauty of natural environment of Maldives, while they relax at CVR. Indoor games (pool table and many other board games), outdoor activities (island exploration and excursions, sunset fishing, sandbank dining, beach games & cycling, jogging), water sports (snorkeling, sailing, canoeing, and barbecue) and beach loungers are available for house guests. Free WiFi internet service is provided in most areas of the house. Operating a guesthouse successfully requires a small, dedicated, experienced and an efficient management team. In considering the importance of these requirements, the management team is led by the Owner. The team consists of a resident staff at Cerulean View Residence and a non-resident team providing support at the Airport and from Male’.
