Ritz Carlton Fari Island Assistant Director Engineering got caught with drugs (3 bullet - which is enough for life sentence) smuggling to the resort reported last Christmas week 2023 but resort Diractor engineer working hard to protect him. All this kind of packages mainly addressed to Dir engineering to avoid suspicion. He is now under a suspension hide by management of resort we all now we don’t know where management covering him. We don’t know where he is hiding under suspension. Marriott head office and HRM Deanne Garline and Rasika director of engine working very hard to defend the offender. Many time we see him intoxicated many times reported security Harpreet Sign. This time his urine got positive to drugs as per security staffs. Harpreeth who is security headmaster who know very well about drug in the resort. Using and muggling drug is an illegal act why Marriott International not taking this seriously and this is not the only case happening in the resort HR and management giving a blind eye to such illegal behaviors is also an illegal act against law of Maldives and law of Marriott Company. This person is very close to boss Rasika who is always favoring and targeting innocent engineering departmant staffs contract dismissal. If we don’t lick Rasika and his people they target to terminate our contract. We have more cases and information coming abothis resort specially all wrong things doing in engineering departmant. Failed Deanne Garling HRD in our resort proves that she will not survive without her old school puppies she been working and living with for the past 10-12 yrs in those resorts she was working. This man worked with Deanne for almost 10-11 years under Deanne wings in Gillilankanfushi. Both have done numerous illegal activities against gillilankanfushi policy reason why got fired and ranaway as per gili employees. Jadhulla you made a wrong turn for reuniting with your Deanne mama. We dont know what is your role in Ritz Carlton fari island, we barely see you doing some actual duty to the ladies and gentlemen, is your role to eat dinner, lunch, tea when Deanne cook in her apartment? Mustho FOM accountable for the recent situation in resort. Well we butlers thought things will really turned to better but is time now to talk about Rooms Division especially front office leaders. With recent incident in the resort our butler who r***d a guest in villa 212 investigation is still on. Musthafa FOM, Salah AFOM, HRD Deanne Garling you all fully accountable for this r**e matter and all dirty business. Mustho who is full of favoritism and always let us burnout judge our loyalty. One of the failed HOD in the management who like to lick excom hands so he gets recognized, appreciated, known by our management, musthafa don’t understand the work life balance, very unprofessional with zero customer orientation poor knowledge of operation we are tired of these unprofessional leaders sitting on our shoulder. Favourite butlers Eddie who is our supervisor who had a final warning and many many warning letters throughout the year as per many view. Rest all butlers are his ENEMIES, well we barely see you Mustho not showing up for line up or meetings on our request simply ignores. We know you are afraid of meeting us, guests specially when they complaints it is not only butlers duty to handle a guests complaints what is your duty then? Smoking most of the time whole outside office or baaru canteen? UNTOXICATED man we think you are taking hashoil and alcohole too everyone talks. We know you have a past history of drugs. We are tired of telling you our frustrations you think we are animals here forcing us to stay in the resort when we don’t have anything to do? Worst butler service and FO operation in the resort. How unfair when doing butlers allocation you always favor your favorite butlers and they utilize that power on other butlers which is why among us full of politics, daily fighting, and hating each other. Unbelievable your favorite puppet butlers licking. How can you promote Eddi who is holding 3 warning letter documents? Why Mulsa who is Eddies wife living like your princess in the office is she your daughter, relative or something? Why your favorite butlers go on leave, off day and all whenever they want? Why do you have to say no when we want to go on leave why some butlers gone on leave even extended leave when they didn’t had any leave balanace do you want us to mentioned their name with fusion screenshots? Signing contracts with close party and companies without proper quotation and bidding for personal benifits..,, is this Marriott International Policy ? Marriott employees are they eligible to sign contracts with their close parties to work for Marriott resort projects???? They both have compromised Marriott Business Conduct Guide!!! This is called wrong doing, dishonest, lack of dignity and respect. And now this is what’s going on in our engineering department RCM. Both Director and asst eng director which we know both are equally with NO INTEGRITY lack of leadership lack of education and useless whatsoever u call it. Rumors in the department both are signing contracts with companies for RCM projects such as demolition of ladies and gentlemen dormitory, stores getting build in Fari campus etc . These managers have signed contracts with close companies they know very well which is against Marriott company policy. Engineering store building in island 4 was given to a close party actually Asst Director of eng .now we realize why so often almost every evening he visits, take off to go to Hulhumale. Some documents, whatsapp details and photos has been revealed which we will shared to Marriott headquarter in US. We will not tolerate and stand against these vicious people in the name of engineering directors doing things against Marriott compliances. Such unethical behaviours must be dicipline immediately. His name is shekaru an indian work in this resort ritz carlton fari Maldives he is house keeping manager he has no respect to room attendants working in resort very rude person unprofessional person. He work in before maldives resort Maldives in the post assistant manager house keeping there also same problems. his education very unprofessional don’t respect junier level staff room attendant aand public area attendant. He is now cut our off day and annual leaves always. Before we can collection 8 off days in our company contract now he is not following and understanding our feelings now he told we can only collect maximum 4 days to see our home and family but he favour his close staff in house keeping. He discriminate allways between us and doing favour to his favourit attendant and supervisers many staffs complaining about Shekaru and Nattaa back housemanager. Natta not working any job he always sitting in office and play with our off day and anuual year leaves shekaru and natta are playing the game very not organize always together House keeping department very poor we need strong marriot house keeping manager to take care of us team. Natta and Shekaru alway in office not support not check arrival not coming roomside. We are not happy so guest complaing many time about hsk service now, We are working in longhours morning and night no body care taking of us we many days don’t eat food because we are busy in villa side nobody care. Shekaru and natta word cannot trusting shekaru told 3 hour to make ready back to back but he liying and pressure us shout and not happy if not finish fast room. Shekar annd Natta is like a supervisor or low level we think our managers is not ready to become our manager.
