From the shores of Kendhikulhudhoo to the open ocean, Ibrahim Rasheedh, fondly known as Captain Ibbe, has always been guided by the sea.

With over 20 years of experience, and nearly a decade with us at Milaidhoo Maldives, his journey began fishing alongside his grandfather - moments that shaped a lifelong connection to the ocean.

Today, as our Senior Boat Captain, he shares that passion with every guest, bringing traditional Maldivian fishing to life. Guests can also set sail on his signature experience, “Set Sail with Captain Ibbe,” for a truly personal journey at sea.

And when he’s back on shore? You’ll find him singing karaoke or playing badminton, always with the same warmth he brings to the ocean.
