At Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives, hospitality is about more than exceptional service. It is about going the extra mile when it matters most.

When a guest reported losing two treasured rings, including a diamond ring, our team immediately launched a search around the beach and surrounding areas. Although the rings could not be found initially, two dedicated team members, Pradeep Nishantha and Upul Kumara, continued the search the following day.

Through remarkable perseverance and attention to detail, they successfully recovered both rings from the sea and returned them to their owner.

What could have been a disappointing experience became a memorable reminder of the care, commitment, and genuine hospitality our team strives to deliver every day.

A heartfelt thank you to Pradeep and Upul for embodying the true spirit of Cinnamon hospitality.

Once you land at Velana International Airport and clear immigration, guests travelling by speedboat transfer are kindly requested to proceed to the Cinnamon Counter located at E3 in Terminal 2, where our airport representatives will warmly welcome and guide you to your speedboat transfer. Guests travelling by seaplane may proceed directly to check in at Terminal 1 for their onward transfer arrangements.

Whether you’re travelling to Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives by speedboat or seaplane, our team will guide you through the process and help coordinate your transfer smoothly.
