A wonderful exotic place to spend a weekend or a few weeks. No other place like it in Ajijic. One block from the Lake front. Close to everything! and on and on!

El Nido is the creation of Tom and Ricardo, local entrepreneurs who have exotic tastes and this is the latest expression of that taste. No place like it in Ajijic, original design in every area. Has been called "Beyond Industrial" because of the bare brick walls, exposed conduit wiring but with tasteful touches of comfort at every turn.. We call it El Nido because the house has a tree right in the

middle. A 75' foot tall Primavera tree. The bathroom is like a mechanics workshop, the kitchen counters are industrial non slip aluminum sheeting. The stove, top of the line all electric. The accoutrements of the kitchen include all stainless French cookware. A European style washer dryer combo that leaves your clothes REALLY clean and dried in one cycle. The bedroom has an imported California King mattress and box with luxurious sheets and bedding. The TV room/ office offers a little "nest" to cuddle up in and enjoy a movie or catch up on your emails. There is a 2nd floor balcony with spectacular mountain views and a ground level outdoor terrace with BBQ and another 75" foot Primavera tree. The house is filled with original art and a few antiques. Roche Bobois chair in the bedroom, Smart TV's.
