Well, it is NOT 'hot off the presses any more'....as COVID came and hopefully is slowly leaving....so I did NOT think it a good time to sell Bellissimos. Plus, I have been building two other homes and have three more to build...but SOON...very soon....I will have my home, or Bellissimos Boutique Hotel (your choice) ready for the market. It most certainly can be run as a Boutique Hotel, or simply a house with many Suites and all the luxuries for your family 'as if' they were staying in a FIVE STAR BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Watch for the sale date coming soon. All the beautiful things you see on the website: www.ajijicbellissimos.com will remain with the house. It will be sold as Casa Bellissimo's....but the website will go with sale, should you wish to continue in that manner....but it is not being sold as a business. Why am I selling? Hey, thank you for all the likes for my new SHORT TERM RENTAL situation. I have now been able to place each 'apartment style new living situation' on AirBnB. Look for Suite Portofino, Suite Terrazas, Suite Capri, Suite Picon. They are all individually priced by the WEEK (shortest stay) or MONTH or more. Average nightly rent is about $90 US with everything included and a car is available for rent also. SO PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS. Apartments are available beginning November. THANK YOU.
