Ceviche is one of the best Mexican dishes that you can enjoy all year round in the Yucatán Peninsula. The basics always apply: raw fish/ octopus/ shrimps marinated in lime juice, onion, tomato, chiles and cilantro. Each region will have its own version using different seasoning and the seafood available nearby. Our favorite ceviche is with shrimps and octopus, and big amount of chile habanero 🔥 accompanied by homemade totopos (nachos) and cold beer or agua fresca👌🏼
