Bienvenido a Casa Maria, a beautiful vacation home completely furnished in Terralta 2, a quiet gated community within walking distance to the beach and downtown Bucerias. This is an upgraded house with 2 bedrooms and an additional TV room upstairs. It has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The kitchen, living and dining room have a clean modern feel with all the amenities of home. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, an outdoor covered laundry room. We have spacious Roof Terrace with Mountain Views! No Pool on site, but we can recommend local resorts that offer a day pool pass at a great rate!

Bucerias is 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Rates will vary based on the season and length of stay.
