NEW NAME: VILLA PLAYITA (Previously Casa Playita)

Villa Playita is a beachfront vacation dreamland of four separate casas, designed around a central pool, with brick walkways winding through a lush, private garden and fruit trees. You can book the entire property for up to 17 guests, or rent one casa for an intimate getaway.

This family-owned property was built before the condos came, back when Bucerias was a charming fishing village. There are few places like it left on Earth where native plants, birds, geckos, and endangered sea turtles live in harmony directly on the beach, free from overdevelopment.

At Villa Playita you can relax in your own comfortable home right on the beach, but completely out of reach from the bustle of tourist crowds and time-share-condo salesmen. Your stay can feel as private and remote as you like, or you can enjoy a ten minute walk down Lazaro Cardenas into Bucerias’ bustling Centro of restaurants and shopping.

Each casa at Villa Playita has its own kitchen, private patio, and a small library so you can play house as you escape into a simpler time.

Rent the entire property for your family reunion, wedding, or group vacation, or browse the individual houses for a smaller gathering.

The four houses are: Casa Rana, Casa Playita, Casa Psarita (formerly Bendon), and Casa Darcita.
