Based on what we are seeing today, disturbances and roadblocks are affecting multiple parts of the bay, including both Jalisco and Nayarit. While some neighborhoods may feel calm, conditions can shift quickly.

Out of an abundance of caution, we strongly recommend staying home today and avoiding all non-essential travel, including travel toward Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas.

We know many of you live here, are visiting, or are considering a move. Situations like this are rare, but when they do occur, the smartest approach is simple: stay home, stay informed, and avoid unnecessary movement.
