We just got back from our 2nd annual Stoked On Fishing Fiesta Hotel Buenavista Beach Resort located in the beautiful east cape of Baja Mexico. Our first year we rallied up 25 stoked fisherman. We had such a good time we decided to do the trip again and this time around in 2017 we showed up with 40 anglers all who were ready to have some fun in the sun, catch some fish and just flat out relax. The resort is the perfect place to host this many anglers with the lovely pool being the focal point and the beach just a simple walk away. No cars needed here, everything is right at your doorstep including the fishing and where you jump on the boats. One of the best things about this place is for anglers trying to catch there first marlin, tuna, wahoo and or dorado this is the place to go to make those dreams come true. It’s also a great place I think to bring the kids and try them out saltwater fishing. Reason being is you fish as a family on these cruiser boats and its way more personal than a cattle boat which can be very intimidating to the groms for there first time. A few other bonuses of fishing here in the east cape is you don’t have to travel far to catch fish, your weather is most likely going to be epic and the ocean is similar to fishing a lake unlike the pacific side of Baja. Our Stoked group that signed up for the trip was awesome. We had people from all over the country showing up on this one. #702 sportfishing . Half the group had never really done this type of fishing and the other half were hardcore fisherman who couldn’t get enough fishing. If your ever looking at making a fishing trip to the East Cape make sure to check out Hotel Buena Vista Beach Resort and they will take care of you and your family.
