We are a family owned and operated short-stay, vacation rental business in Cabo San Lucas. We are unique in that, our rentals sit on our owner’s, Martin, family property right in Downtown Cabo. This is where your host was born and raised, so you can expect the opposite of a typical tourist visit to Cabo. Local vibes in a quiet Mexican home yet so close to all that Cabo has to offer.
We have 3 rental units plus RV and tent camping in Downtown Cabo. secluded in a lush garden among birds chirping in trees, family houses, and local neighbors, you would never know you are a tourist in Cabo Centro.
Cabo nightlife, dining, and shopping are blocks away. As well as many popular sites including Land’s End and El Arco, about a 15 minute walk away.
Martin has been surfing in Cabo San Lucas for 30+ years and is the perfect resource for surf lessons as well as surf guiding. But he can also arrange nearly anything that you are interested in being a natural local concierge.
