Baja Lab Kitchen returns to on Friday, June 19 as Executive Chef Raúl Soto welcomes Chef Stéphane Thomas for a special evening of culinary collaboration.

Bringing together French gastronomy and Baja’s extraordinary ingredients, the dinner also marks a celebration of ahead of his journey to the Bocuse d’Or later this summer, where he will represent Mexico on one of the world’s most prestigious culinary stages.
