The apartment has 3 bedrooms it accommodates up to 8 people, each one with its own bathroom. The Master bedroom features a king size bed and its decorated Caribbean style with open spaces, hammocks, wood logs, flat screen TV with satellite television, DVD and High speed Internet. The other two bedrooms can be modified to your liking, either one single queen size bed or four individual beds. The whole apartment is fully air conditioned, with a living room, Flat screen TV, satellite television DVD and High speed Internet,
The dinning room has a bar and open kitchen, sea breeze that flows throughout and superb views. This penthouse has an amazing Roof Garden that includes a Mayan style wooden pergola with Hammocks and sunbathing beds, and a cool outdoor shower, you also have an outdoor charcoal grill and kitchen amenities. Maid services is provided 4 times a week but can be organized at your discretion and laundry facilities are available in a separate room next to the kitchen you also have a covered secured parking space downstairs. Rental season (minimum 3 nights)
From January 15th to June 30th -----250 US dollars a night
From July 1st to August 31st --------- 280 US dollars a night
Christmas, New Year and Easter----300 to 350 US dollars a night, (depending on the number of nights )
