We know that what happens outside the water can make a huge difference on your dive.

Maybe recovery for you is mobility work and a yoga wheel. Maybe it’s a long nap, reading a book in the hammock, playing games to unwind, or doing absolutely nothing at all.

We built Casa Apnea to give you the space for all of it — because the hours between dives matter too.

And yes, of course, therapy dogs are included 🐾

A few favorites from our June retreat 💙

This was a really special week. Between training sessions there was just as much time spent hanging out—pool workouts, gym sessions, watching the World Cup, shared meals, and plenty of laughs.

Thank you to everyone who trusted us with your training and helped create such a fun, supportive atmosphere in and out of the water. And a big thank you to Syria for being part of the team and making this a great week.
