Perched above nearly six miles of Riviera Nayarit, Zula offers a dining experience where the jungle, mountains, and ocean become part of the story.
A Nayarit tradition revisited. Mexican giant shrimp is carefully prepared using the region’s iconic zarandeado technique, layered with a deeply flavored adobo and finished over a fire to reveal its full character.
The result is both familiar and unexpected. Zarandeado shrimp, fresh greens, and Nayarit adobo come together in a dish that honors the coast while embracing a reinterpreted ancient technique from the destination.
The pace of a calm evening. Every detail tells a new story.
A shared vision, two culinary voices. At Zula, Chefs David Castro Hussong and Jorge Iga collaborate to celebrate the ingredients, traditions, and evolving identity of Mexico’s Pacific coast.
An unexpected interpretation of aguachile. Green peas, tomato-infused water, and lemongrass oil create a dish defined by freshness, balance, and a subtle expression of the season.
