Many of you already know how much I love to cook, to serve and to teach - to share recipes along with the stories behind the ingredients and the inspiration from this land. My story started out simple, watching my grandmother and my mother cooking, learning without knowing that’s what I was doing. This October, I’m finally putting the dates out there for this cooking experience, something that I’ve been dreaming about: 4 days, 4 rooms, in our new kitchen at La Sagrada. We’ll cook, we will walk Guanajuato through its roots and recipes, and I’ll tell you the stories behind the food that raised me. Oct 25-29 please email me at [email protected].
