BEAT THE COST OF INFLATION AND SPOIL YOUR SELF YOU ONLY GET ONE LIFE TO LIVE
Im sure there’s people out there like my wife and I that visit the island usually the same time every year and the older we get and the closer to retirement we developed a need for a home base here on the island this is not about the party this is about a home away from home. So we leased a piece of property that turned into two and built a number of studio apartments 5 to be exact (you know how it is you start out with this little idea and boom there it is four times bigger than you started out with in your mind). COVID slowed us down and chased my other partner away but for now we have just mostly completed them. Now obviously we don’t need all five and certainly for us anyway we don’t need them year round so we are keeping two of them out of long term and putting them in a semi long term rental and if people realize this is legit and this works out for all of us I could introduce more units. So for now we are looking for people that come for we are experimenting here so were thinking three months-ish a year starting say March , April May and more than three month a year is okay but not during the high season say from Dec, Jan, Feb which in both places the units are spoken for nothing is written in stone but do not bother asking for high season because for now a good friend of mine and ourselves will be staying in them. Remember this is a home away from home idea this is not for a sublet and a opportunity for some one to swoop in make a quick buck and drive the rest of us vacation homers crazy there are plenty of motel and Air B&B-ers out there for that. The reason I think theres a nitch here is mostly because I think theres a-lot of people that may not want to visit here during high season because its so busy or for example a school teacher would have the summers off and may be wanting a summer vacation home there are many reasons why I think this could work but I don’t need to list them all. Want to share them with another friend or family members that’s cool. I bought and used at least 4 time shares before we finally did this for ourselves , the last time share was here on the island and we used it two month a year for around ten years and than they quietly renovated and put us through hell and than they broke all our contracts and forced us into paying twice as much for their sub standard all-inclusive or move on and there where no regrets until that one we all know who they where, the good news is it motivated me to do what im offering here today. It will work out to between 20 and 40 US / night for the mid island location possibly less there is no big investment and no risk just pay for what you reserve this will depend on the length of time you want and the time of year you want to reserve, of coarse more for centro which is a great price. The places are built and ready to use if the rite people sign up we can build some lock ups to leave stuff behind for your convenience call me or pm me or send a request on whats app I guarantee you will not find a better more affordable way to enjoy isla we stay 4 to six months a year and have been doing it for the last five years and before that for the past 18 yrs at least 2 or 3 month a year here on Isla.

Lastly we all can feel the cost of living and inflation squeezing us but i will lock in our negotiated price for 5 yrs. My leases will run out in 17 yrs or so and than after that i will be passing them on to two lucky young lady islanders that will probably never have to worry about how to earn a living its good for my wife and I, good for the two young local families and good for whoever wants to join us here on Isla

Sure when would you visit ? How long ? How many people and which unit my mid island units run around 13,000 pesos accept there’s a bit of a premium for March and April unless your combining them with multiple other months plus utilities my Centro unit is bigger more private and is of coarse in Centro and depending on what months it runs between 24,000 to 30,000 but I can go less I just need more info term and when
