With tasteful decor and a Mexican colonial style, Caribbean Casa is situated directly on the seawalk overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Close to town and yet just on the edge of the activity so that you can enjoy the tranquil view with a drink or a snack from one of your own private, furnished balconies. d third level with kitchen, living room, king size bedroom with ensuite and an extra-large walk-in shower. Three terraces include a sunset terrace accessed from the bedroom with loungers, chairs, plunge pool and gorgeous views of sunsets over the ocean and the lights of Cancun. A second terrace also accessed from the bedroom faces east for sunrise views over the Caribbean Sea each morning. Downstairs, the living room, sitting area and kitchen all have unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and a third furnished terrace is accessed through sliding doors from the living room. The kitchen and dining area have everything you need to prepare full course meals or snacks and a comfortable daybed couch for relaxing or for an extra adult guest or child to sleep on. Enjoy the lounger, chairs and hammock on the living room's ocean front terrace for wonderful views and breezes day and night. Both bathrooms in Casita Isladise have walk-in showers with hand painted Mexican sinks and tiling.
~ Casita Sonrisa is our studio apartment on the main floor of the casa with a large kitchen, sitting area, 3 piece bathroom with walk-in shower and the advantage of the king size bed facing large glass windows with stunning views of the ocean and morning sunrises. The oceanfront terrace is furnished with a plunge pool, lounger, chairs and hammock with private access through a wrought iron gate to the malecon for an easy walk to town or the beach. Throughout the casita, the hand painted tiling is continued into the kitchen and living areas with a wonderful color scheme that is authentic and pleasing. Both casitas have air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet, cable tv with dvd option, clock radios, extra linens, beach towels, blow dryers and large modern safes. Housekeeping is once a week, but if you would like more than that, please contact us. Neat and tidy and professionally managed on island by Capi's Property Management, you will be well taken care of by the guest representative who will meet you at the casa and introduce you to your new casita for a worry free start to your vacation.
