Finger liking meal, grill lobsters al mojo de ajo, fish in green pipián, calamari rice, fried plantains, guacamole, pico de gallo, smoked habanero salsa and very smooth baby spinach salad with mango, red onion with house vinaigrette, and of course tequila :))

What a delightful afternoon by the pool! We began at the swim-up bar, enjoying lobster ceviche, huitlacoche, rajas and nopales green corn quesadillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, and smoked habanero salsa with tequila and chips.
Followed by finger-licking Punjabi cauliflower, roasted bell peppers, cooked with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and capers. We also savored marinated lobsters al mojo de ajo, seafood paella and a baby spinach salad with red onions, fresh mango tossed in house vinaigrette accompanied with a nice red wine

Fresh Xcochin, prepared in the traditional Mayan style cooked in banana leaves, served with congrí and fried plantains, is absolutely extraordinary. The fresh ceviche, paired with guacamole, pico de gallo chips and Smokey habanero salsa, makes for a perfect appetizer, and, of course, tequila ties everything together beautifully. :))

A delicious lunch by the pool... grilled lobsters al mojo de ajo, guacamole, pico de gallo, smoky habanero salsa, baby spinach salad with red onions, tangerines, and house balsamic vinaigrette, and of course, a splash of tequila, well it was definitely more than a shot or tequila :())
